What Does Your Coffee Tell You?

Not so long ago, experts say that coffee can cause stress or high blood pressure etc.. etc... I even had to tell my own mother to drink coffee in moderation! Even i myself is addicted to coffee that i used to drink 4-5 cups of coffee back in the US since living in a tropical humid country, yours truly is not used of the cold weather and coffee is my best friend hehe.. I think i overdosed myself with coffee then because i just noticed that i felt my body is shivering. I could see my hands looking funny haha! well i know whats the culprit then so i lessen my coffee intake and my funny feeling was gone. Lesson learned: take things in moderation! This is a general rule though it also apply to your coffee intake! :)

How ironic that now a days, coffee has gained recognition with experts. How so? Well, I came across this interesting write-up about coffees. To all of you coffee drinkers out there, take a heed cuz i will be sharing to you what kind of a coffee drinker you are and what good it can give to your well being.
